Network Processor Team Homepage
The Network Processor Team (NP-Team) within the TLCNETGRP is a small group of research assistants, phd students and a professor.
They started in 2003 thanks to a grant of a number of IXP1200 boards from Intel and continued with IXP2400 boards (radisys ENP2611).
Now they are focusing on FPGAs, in particular for teaching purposes with NetFPGA.
Their research focuses on differect aspects of router and firewall fundamentals, especially classification and pattern matching.
